Mindie Burgoyne guides you on tours
of historical haunted places
As the author of
Haunted Eastern Shore: Ghostly Tales from East of
the Chesapeake, Mindie Burgoyne has had many
requests to do guided tours of the haunted sites
she's researched and written about.
Mindie's tours begin with a formal presentation on
the sites to be toured. Most information is
given from a historical perspective, with commentary
about unexplained or paranormal events associated
with the sites. Then guests board a luxury
tour bus and are escorted to the actual sites - in
some cases de-boarding the bus and walking the
haunted grounds.

JULY 19TH - CAROLINE HAUNTED HERITAGE TOUR
Caroline
County has some of the most haunted sites in Maryland.
Many
will of those sites associated with hauntings and
ghostly tales of the dead will be included in Mindie Burgoyne’s
Caroline County Haunted Heritage Tour. Burgoyne’s successful book,
Haunted Eastern
Shore drew so much interest from ghost
hunters and ghost-story lovers that she has agreed
–at the request of her readers - to do several tours
on the Eastern Shore, highlighting some of the sites
from her book and some she's still researching.
Patty Cannon's house and property, the Caroline Jail
(above) haunted by the ghost of Wish Sheppard, the
Annie Belle Carter House, the Sallie Dean House and
path of her murder, and the Linchester Mill are just
a few of the sites on this tour. Optional
dinner afterward is included.

MAY 16TH - DORCHESTER HAUNTED HERITAGE TOUR
Dorchester

FEBRUARY 12TH - CRISFIELD, SOMERSET COUNTY,
MD
 The
small waterfront town of Crisfield, Maryland
will be the site of Mindie Burgoyne’s first haunted
tour. Burgoyne’s successful book,
Haunted Eastern
Shore drew so much interest from ghost
hunters and ghost-story lovers that she has agreed
–at the request of her readers - to do a ghost tour.
She chose a location out of her book - the town
closest to where she lives - Crisfield. This tour
will feature the two Crisfield sites mentioned in
Haunted Eastern
Shore – the Ananias Crocket House and the
Ira Todd House - as well as McCready Hospital, the
Corbin Library and several private homes in the
Crisfield area. Additionally, the tour will offer
personal testimony from a Crisfield home owner who
experienced paranormal activity in her
hundred-year-old home.
